Architect Rachelle So graduated at University of Santo Tomas and is a duly licensed and registered architect and realty broker with over a decade of experience in the architectural design and construction industry. She has worked under multiple architectural firms and a Quadruple A construction company in the Philippines where she gained her extensive experience. Among the notable projects she handled during construction is the Vertis North BPO Tower 3, a multiple storey high rise building with mall development in Quezon city. She has worked with well-known universities like De La Salle Araneta University and HFA high school building and Industrial projects like Robinsons RLX and several residential projects while providing the best in terms of aesthetics and practical design for the client from planning, design development, construction and interiors. Rachelle So Architectural Design is a 100% Filipino-owned firm established in early 2020. Despite the unprecedented challenges of the global pandemic, the company adapted swiftly, driven by a steadfast vision to deliver quality, innovative, and highly functional architectural solutions.

To meet the evolving needs of clients and expand service capabilities, Architect Rachelle So founded MAKEWELL CONSTRUCT AND REALTY OPC (MCAR) in early 2026.

MCAR is a 100% Filipino-owned corporation duly licensed by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB). This combination introduces a seamless, “one-stop-shop” like concept for property development. By integrating planning, architectural design, construction, and real estate services, these provide clients with the convenience and reliability of dealing with a trustworthy partner throughout the entire project lifecycle.
