1. General Policy

CT APEX CORPORATION is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, ethical, and
productive workplace.
All employees are expected to:
● Perform their duties with honesty and integrity
● Follow company policies and lawful instructions
● Maintain professionalism at all times
● Contribute positively to company growth and operations

2. Work Schedule

Regular Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Lunch Break:
12:00 NN – 1:00 PM
Employees must report on time and be ready to work at the start of their shift.

3. Attendance and Absences

● Employees must record their attendance daily using the company’s approved system.
● Absences must be properly communicated and approved in advance whenever possible.
● Absence without valid reason or without prior notice shall be considered AWOL (Absent
Without Official Leave).
● Three (3) consecutive days of AWOL may be grounds for termination of employment.
● A medical certificate may be required for sick leave exceeding one (1) day.

4. Compensation and Benefits

● Compensation shall be based on the signed Employment Contract.
● Mandatory government deductions shall be applied in accordance with Philippine laws:
○ SSS
○ PhilHealth
○ Pag-IBIG
○ Withholding Tax (if applicable)
13th Month Pay shall be provided in compliance with applicable labor laws.
Service Incentive Leave (SIL):
● Five (5) days per year after completing one (1) year of service.
● Leave requests must be filed at least five (5) days in advance, except in emergency
cases.

5. Workplace Rules and Conduct

Employees are expected to:
● Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace.
● Handle company tools, equipment, and materials responsibly.
● Treat co-workers, supervisors, customers, and partners with respect.
● Maintain proper decorum and professionalism.
● Use working hours strictly for company-related tasks.
Employees must avoid:
● Gossip, discrimination, bullying, or harassment.
● Excessive personal phone use or social media browsing during working hours.
● Any act that may damage the company’s reputation.

6. Strictly Prohibited Acts

The following are considered serious offenses and may result in suspension or termination:
● Theft, fraud, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
● Intoxication during work hours
● Use of illegal drugs or prohibited substances
● Smoking within company premises during working hours
● Reporting to work under the influence of alcohol or drugs
● Fighting, threats, or abusive behavior
● Disclosure of confidential information
● Unauthorized removal of company property

7. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

All employees are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Employees must not disclose, share, or use for personal benefit any confidential company
information, including but not limited to:
● Customer lists
● Supplier contacts
● Pricing strategies
● Financial records
● Internal systems and processes
● Trade secrets
Violation of confidentiality rules may result in immediate termination and possible legal action.

8. Use of Company Property

● Company property must be used strictly for official business.
● Employees are responsible for safeguarding assigned equipment.
● Damages caused by negligence may be charged to the employee.
● Unauthorized removal of company property is strictly prohibited.

9. Health and Safety

● Employees must follow safety instructions when using tools or equipment.
● Accidents or unsafe conditions must be reported immediately.
● Smoking inside company premises is strictly prohibited.
● Employees must help maintain a safe working environment.

10. Disciplinary Actions

Violations of company policies shall be subject to disciplinary action depending on severity and
frequency.

1. Verbal Warning
2. Written Warning
3. Suspension Without Pay
4. Termination of Employment
The company reserves the right to conduct proper investigation before imposing disciplinary
measures.

11. Separation of Employment

Employees who wish to resign must submit a written resignation letter at least thirty (30) days
prior to their intended last working day.
Upon separation:
● All company property must be returned.
● Clearance must be completed and approved.
● Final pay will be released upon completion of clearance and settlement of
accountabilities.

12. Amendments

CT APEX CORPORATION reserves the right to amend or revise this Company Policy Manual
as necessary. Employees will be informed in writing of any changes.
