This is our second home. Please help us preserve our hideaway\u2014so it remains a cozy retreat for your return and for future guests to enjoy.<\/p>\n

  • No smoking inside the house.<\/li>\n
  • Shower before swimming and no pets in the pool.<\/li>\n
  • Do not rearrange furniture.<\/li>\n
  • No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.<\/li>\n
  • Dispose of garbage properly.<\/li>\n
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM \u2013 7:00 AM.<\/li>\n
  • No unregistered guests allowed.<\/li>\n
  • No special events unless approved by the owner.<\/li>\n
  • No illegal drugs or firearms on the property.<\/li>\n
  • Clean as you go including your own dishes.<\/li>\n
  • Leave the resort tidy and in proper order upon departure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Please note:<\/strong> Our property is not a hotel, but a private vacation home rental.
