About the President

Karl Roy Bueles Gonza

is a Licensed Customs Broker by profession, an Entrepreneur by passion and a Public Servant by heart. He graduated from Philippine Christian University with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration. He Ranked 10th out of 2,267 examinees in the 2023 Customs Broker Licensure Examination (CBLE).

During his college years, he was an active student leader. Serving as Year Representative, Vice President, and President of Unified Customs Administration Society (UCAS) from 2018 to 2021.

He also had an active role in community. He was an elected SK Chairman, serving from 2018 to 2023. Through his political career, he became the President of SK Manila District IV, KKDAT-Chapter 4 and Zone Chairman. He also served as Member of Local Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Manila. In 2023, he was awarded as “Outstanding SK Chairman of Manila.”

CB Roy was also an entrepreneur. He started his entrepreneurial career while he was just 15 years old. After 9 years, he had now 3 successful businesses. In 2023, he was awarded as the “Asia’s Most Successful Young Entrepreneur.”

Before becoming a Customs Broker, CB Roy worked for MR Carandang Customs Brokerage and Aerosea Shipping Phils. Corp., an established 25-year-old family-owned companies of RBGCBS’s Vice President, CB Louise Carandang. Currently, CB Roy is now focused on his own brokerage firm while fulfilling has passion to teach and share his knowledge by currently working as a part-time instructor at his alma mater.

He recently finished his post-graduate studies at The Philippine Christian University, earning his degree for Master’s in Management Major in Supply Chain and International Logistics.

BROKER ROY

CB Roy Gonza is the President of RBGCBS. He is responsible for overseeing all the operations of the brokerage. His specialization is formal entry processing for both FCL, LCL, and Break-bulk shipments, which includes Consumption, Warehousing, and Transshipment. He is an expert in Customs Valuation, Tariff Classification, Advance Ruling, and other Customs Matters. He is the problem-solver of the brokerage and personally communicates with Customs Officials to find resolutions.

BROKER LOUISE

CB Louise Carandang is the Vice President of RBGCBS. She specializes in processing informal entries for both FCL and LCL shipments, as well as Personal & Household Effects Importation, Foreign Embassy Importation, and Government Importations. CB Louise is also a graduate of Master’s in Management Major in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. She is also a part-time instructor teaching customs administration at Philippine Christian University. Currently she is taking her Bachelor of Laws at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.

BROKER CHEN

CB Chentan Manaopanao serves as the Brokerage Operations Head of RBGCBS, overseeing all customs-related operations of the company. She is responsible for the accurate lodgment of goods declarations with the Bureau of Customs (BOC) and ensures strict compliance with all regulatory requirements. With strong expertise in government permit processing and regulatory clearances, she manages end-to-end customs documentation and compliance to facilitate smooth and efficient cargo processing.

BROKER KYLA

CB Kyla Laurente serves as the Sales Head of RBGCBS, leading all sales operations for forwarding, brokerage, and trucking services. She oversees pricing strategy, sales coordination, client acquisition, and account management. She actively engages with clients, prepares service proposals, and ensures that customer requirements are properly aligned with the company’s operational capabilities.

BROKER MANUELIZA

CB Manueliza Gomez serves as the Trucking Operations Head of RBGCBS, overseeing all trucking operations of the company. She manages the entire transport process—from booking and dispatch coordination to final delivery—ensuring timely, efficient, and secure movement of cargo.

BROKER BENIMIE

CB Benimie Corpuz serves as the Forwarding Operations Head of RBGCBS, overseeing both international inbound shipments to the Philippines and export operations to global destinations. She manages end-to-end forwarding processes, including coordination with overseas partners and shipping lines, to ensure efficient, compliant, and timely movement of cargo.

BROKER KURT

Broker Kurt Rubis serves as the Customs Declarant of the Brokerage Department at RBGCBS. He is responsible for the preparation and processing of customs declarations, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate documentation in accordance with Bureau of Customs regulations.

BROKER JACKILYN

Broker Jackilyn Rojas serves as the Customs Compliance Specialist under the Brokerage Department of RBGCBS. She manages importer and exporter accreditations with the Bureau of Customs and oversees the processing of all required regulatory permits for each shipment. She ensures full compliance with customs regulations and government requirements to support smooth and efficient clearance operations.

BROKER WIN

CB Win Louie Siscar is an Account Executive at RBGCBS. With extensive experience in customs brokerage, he excels at securing advantageous deals for prospective clients. His expertise lies in guiding clients through the complexities of the importation process. Whether it’s an informal, formal, or PEZA shipment, he provides clear, comprehensive explanations tailored to their needs. Additionally, he is dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and trust.

BROKER ALYSSA

CB Allysa Lorraine E. Sanchez is the Signing broker of RBGCBS. She gives support to Customs Declarant and Account Handler by verifying the shipping and customs documents before submitting to relevant government agencies.

BROKER JOY

CB Joylette Tubigan-Ray is the Sales and Marketing Manager of RBGCBS. She is a Licensed Broker since 1996. She is responsible for handling the sales and marketing aspects of the brokerage. As a seasoned broker, she is an expert in understanding the needs of clients when it comes to their importation procedures. She also communicates, meets, and negotiates with clients alongside CB Roy. Currently she serves as an advisor to the team.

M.R. CARANDANG CUSTOMS BROKERAGE SERVICES

Established in 1998, MRCCBS is owned by family of RBGCBS’s Vice President Louise Carandang. She also manages the day-to-day operation of the company. Having been in the industry for more than 25 years, MRCCBS has a list of distinguished clientele from big to small corporations and releasing at least 500 containers per month from various ports in the country.

AEROSEA SHIPPING PHILIPPINES CORPORATION

AEROSEA was established in 2004 and serves as the freight forwarding company of MRCCBS. It has linkages for at least 20 different countries around the world and handling different types of cargoes whether via sea freight or airfreight. AEROSEA has also tie-ups with various customs brokerage companies in the country for their respective international shipping arrangements.
